Big news rocked the financial markets not too long ago when the Securities and Exchange Commission \u2014 part of the same\u00a0failed group of \u201cregulators\u201d who had failed to predict the financial meltdown and couldn\u2019t spot the fraud when it stared them in the face \u2014 finally decided to sue Goldman-Sachs, arguably the most high-profile shysters in the whole\u00a0rigged\u00a0game.\u00a0 While there really is \u201cnothing new under the sun<\/em>\u201c, and it\u2019s easy to be angry about obvious chicanery, this is a stunning bit of hypocrisy.\u00a0 It\u2019s a lot like the Gambini crime family has sued the Corleone mob.<\/p>\n

And they did it just before PR blitz for the big \u201cReform Bill\u201d hit the press!<\/p>\n

We truly live in an age of Deception.\u00a0 Bailouts,\u00a0using \u201cother people\u2019s\u00a0money\u201d, have ensured that the\u00a0evildoers not only escaped, but were rewarded handsomely for their clever manipulation of a corrupt system.\u00a0 Not a single \u201coverseer\u201d allegedly responsible for preventing such fraud has been fired, and the treasury department, Federal Reserve, and administration remain riddled with high-level Goldman-Sachs \u201calumni\u201d.<\/p>\n

Even the timing of this \u201crevelation\u201d is more than suspect, since it comes long after the fact, after books have been written about the crime*, but ever-so-conveniently just BEFORE that\u00a0alledged\u00a0\u201dreform\u201d package goes high profile on Capitol Hill.\u00a0 The prince of this world<\/em> knows how to sell a Lie:\u00a0 mix it with a big slice of truth, and cover it with a whole lot of anger.\u00a0 Simmer \u2019till ready.\u00a0 Then call it \u201creform\u201d.<\/p>\n

This latest\u00a0\u201dreform\u201d does to a once-honest, but now long-corrupted, monetary system what the last high-profile \u201creform\u201d did to medicine.\u00a0 And a new \u201cFinancial Institutions Regulatory Administration\u201d (FIRA, no doubt pronounced \u201cFear-uh\u201d) will ensure that \u201cno one will buy or sell\u201d outside of the iron grip of that bureaucracy in the same way that freedom to say \u201cno\u201d to Caesar\u2019s naked body scans is disappearing in the name of \u201cHomeland Security\u201d and terror.<\/p>\n

The point of this column is not to analyze a horrid bill, or even to chronicle the decay of a once-free people; it is to point out the type of deception at hand, and warn of that yet to come.\u00a0 The word \u201creform\u201d itself is a giant tipoff!\u00a0 When YHVH uses the word \u201cabomination\u201d to describe a system of dishonest weights and measures, and even the Constitution talks only about \u201ccoining\u201d money from gold and silver, it should be obvious that we are now reaping what was sown.\u00a0 False witness, fraudulent \u2018contracts\u2019, and fake \u2018money\u2019, can NEVER\u00a0be \u201creformed\u201d without FIRST turning away from the sin!\u00a0 And the initial step in t\u2019shuvah<\/em>, or \u201crepentance\u201d, is to admit the wrong \u2014 not to reward evil with even greater power.<\/p>\n

Yes, the \u201cbanksters of Wall Street\u201d are corrupt, and suckle at the teat of the Almighty State while weilding\u00a0the money\u00a0power to their own advantage.\u00a0 People are rightly angry at the fraud they see.\u00a0 But they are being manipulated when they allow that emotion to be used to sell them on an even greater Evil, by the same sets of people, sowing the same seeds.<\/p>\n

As I wrote this column, and considered the succinct command to \u201cnot steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another<\/em>\u201d (Lev. 19:11) it occurred to me once again that there is a great similarity between what has happened to the Constitution, and the Torah it was based upon:\u00a0 the Written Word, the Written Law, has once again been supplanted by the \u2018traditions of men\u2019.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Politicians, bureaucrats, and bankers have simply replaced the\u00a0old Pharisees and their temple-based money changers.<\/p>\n

Even the deceptions are the same.\u00a0 The \u201cNew\u201d has again replaced<\/em> the Old, which\u00a0has been claimed to be\u00a0\u201ddone away with\u201d.\u00a0 God\u2019s \u201cteaching and instruction\u201d just isn\u2019t good enough, after all, in a \u201cmodern\u201d world.\u00a0 We cannot trust in Him, or His Word, but only in\u00a0men who promise to do better next time.<\/p>\n

And those who MAKE the regulations, print the money, and enforce their judgments\u00a0\u2013 of course \u2014 are not \u201cunder the Law\u201d anyway.<\/p>\n

The Foundations, in other words, don\u2019t matter any more.\u00a0 We have a \u201cliving\u201d Constitution, and a \u201cliving word\u201d now; they mutate over time, of course.\u00a0 If that sounds a lot like the description of leaven as a living thing, perhaps it should.<\/p>\n

Do not be deceived, \u201cfor in the last days, perilous times will come\u2026<\/em>\u201c\u00a0 We are seeing what such covetous, proud, traitorous men will do in order to increase their power and control.\u00a0 There comes a time to simply \u201cbe separate<\/em>\u201c, because He is separate (qadosh, or \u2018holy\u2019) and to\u00a0\u201dcome out of her<\/em>\u201c, so that we are not associated with the crimes that are being committed in the name of false idols.\u00a0 When it comes to the\u00a0Big Lie, be aware of the techniques, of the motives, of the propaganda.\u00a0 You ain\u2019t seen nuthin\u2019 yet.\u00a0 But you will\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2013<\/p>\n

The GS lawsuit was announced by the SEC on \u201coptions expiration Friday\u201d, the most volatile trading day of the month.\u00a0 Put options on GS (April 170) \u2013which would have expired worthless but for the timing of the news \u2014 ended the day up a staggering 140 THOUSAND (not, that is not a typo) percent!\u00a0 Some might observe that such inside information is as good as a big bonus.<\/p>\n
