Suffice it to say, it&#8217;s been too often ignored.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.waytozion.org\/teachings\/mark_call\/2017\/SSM-7-21-17-Matot-Masei.mp3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SSM Matot\/Masei 2017<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Sabbath Day teaching explores the ramifications of that fact in more detail. Mark suggests that language, speech, and the way we use, abuse, or squander the &#8220;power of the tongue&#8221; is at the root of many, if not almost all, of the problems we see in the world today, not just in marriage, but in the fact that a man&#8217;s &#8220;word is no longer his bond&#8221;.
