{"id":2189,"date":"2020-09-06T10:57:02","date_gmt":"2020-09-06T16:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/markniwot.com\/?p=2189"},"modified":"2020-09-06T10:57:02","modified_gmt":"2020-09-06T16:57:02","slug":"parsha-ki-tavo-teaching-from-shabbat-shalom-mesa-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/markniwot.com\/?p=2189","title":{"rendered":"Parsha \u201cKi Tavo\u201d\u2013 teaching from Shabbat Shalom Mesa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Parsha &#8220;Ki Tavo&#8221; (Deuteronomy 26:1-29:8) not only concludes what might be called Moses&#8217; &#8220;Final Address&#8221; to the people of Israel, prior to his death and their crossing into the land, but the most famous set of &#8220;blessings and cursings&#8221; in all of Scripture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some will claim that this is all &#8220;Olde Testament,&#8221; and thus somehow &#8220;done away with,&#8221; and besides we have been kicked out of the land to boot.
