{"id":2395,"date":"2022-03-13T08:24:29","date_gmt":"2022-03-13T14:24:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/markniwot.com\/?p=2395"},"modified":"2022-03-13T08:24:29","modified_gmt":"2022-03-13T14:24:29","slug":"parsha-vayikra-teaching-from-shabbat-shalom-mesa-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/markniwot.com\/?p=2395","title":{"rendered":"Parsha \u201cVayikra\u201d teaching from Shabbat Shalom Mesa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Vaykira (Lev. chapters 1 through 5) is the first parsha in the Book of Leviticus, and certainly one of those that is either ignored completely, or inspires controversy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people have been taught, &#8220;there&#8217;s no more temple, no more sacrifices, and since &#8216;jesus died on the cross,&#8217; it doesn&#8217;t even matter.
