And explains that these garments are to be &#8220;for spendor and for beauty.&#8221; Why? And why is it important now, especially?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Erev Shabbat reading:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/hebrewnationonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SSM-2-23-24-Tetzaveh-teaching-podcast-x.mp3\"><\/audio><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>How important are clothes, really? Do we place to much emphasis on &#8220;looking the part?&#8221; This section of Scripture certainly indicates that when it comes to the cohenim who serve Him in the &#8216;set apart place,&#8217; the answer is &#8216;<em>very<\/em>&#8216;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, this year in particular, given the events that are building to what looks like a &#8216;Biblical-level climax&#8217; of almost unbelievable Evil\u2026there is something else to observe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sabbath day midrash is thus all about &#8216;contrast&#8217; &#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tetzaveh: Splendor and Beauty?
