{"id":2993,"date":"2026-07-26T07:09:36","date_gmt":"2026-07-26T13:09:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/markniwot.com\/?p=2993"},"modified":"2026-07-26T07:09:36","modified_gmt":"2026-07-26T13:09:36","slug":"his-mama-never-called-him-jesus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/markniwot.com\/?p=2993","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;His Mama NEVER Called Him &#8216;jesus&#8217;!&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Parsha &#8216;Vaet-Chanan&#8217; (Deuteronomy 3:23-7:11) continues Moses&#8217; &#8216;Farewell Address&#8217; and lesson with &#8220;\u2026and I BESOUGHT&#8221; Yahuah &#8212; but he was not allowed to enter the land, and that is followed up with some of the most important commandments in all of Scripture. But the &#8220;Ten Debarim&#8221; are just part of that; Yahushua noted that what precedes it, &#8220;Shema Israel,&#8221; is even greater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is central to what Mark has called &#8220;Yahushua&#8217;s Razor.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Erev Shabbat reading is one of the most important in His Torah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/hebrewnationonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/SSM-7-24-26-Va-et-Chanan-teaching-podcast-xxx.mp3\"><\/audio><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This Torah portion is so powerfully central to the understanding of why YHVH forbids idolatry in ANY form, and is called &#8220;El Kanah&#8221; &#8211; the Jealous God &#8211; three times in this context.
