Torah portion “Toldot” teaching from Shabbat Shalom Mesa

Join Mark Call for two teachings on this week’s Torah portion, “Toldot” (Genesis chapters 25:19 through 28:9).

During the Erev Shabbat teaching, (Friday evening) Mark covers the story which constitutes really the “Legacy” of Isaac — the ‘middle patriarch’ — and, quite frankly, lays out more questions than answers.

The longer teaching from Shabbat picks up on the attempt to “connect the dots” and answer some of those questions, including that most contentious one:

Do the ends EVER justify the means?

Join Mark for one of the most controversial, or even confusing, portions of Scripture, and one which is extremely relevant today.

Toldot – Was Isaac right?  And do the ends justify the means?
