The Erev Shabbat overview teaching begins by invoking those SAME two witnesses – heaven and earth – that are STILL around, and still witness that His Instruction has NOT changed. And there’s a warning in here, too, that should sound familiar, even repetitive, but perhaps it’s repeated because it’s still all too often ignored.
