Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa takes a look the second, in sequence now, of ‘those’ detailed, and therefore, often ignored (like so much of that “Olde” Testament…) portions of Scripture; Parsha “Tzav,” Leviticus/Vayikra chapters 6 through 8.) And this one is perhaps even more “NOT politically-correct” than the last one. Especially given the season!
It’s also again true that not only is there much more to this one “than meets the eye,” and in this case, it’s because Yahushua warned that what He REALLY taught we be ‘offensive’ to many…especially when they claim to be honoring Him.

The Sabbath Day teaching this week continues from there and will no doubt be just as offensive to many. That’s OK; as Mark explains up front, not only are we to “speak His Truth boldly,” as we ought to, but to “sigh and cry” at the “abominations” that are being done…often ‘in His Name,’ even if they don’t really KNOW it.
The difference between His “Appointed Times,” starting with Pesach and the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and a pagan substitute, named for a fake “goddess”, is literally a matter of “life and death”.
