Yom Teruah teaching from Shabbat Shalom Mesa

Since this week, by most readings of the Hebrew calendar anyway, begins the time of the Fall Feasts, starting with Yom Teruah, the regular Torah portion that would complete the cycle, and the Book of Deuteronomy, is briefly delayed.

Join Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa Fellowship for a look at some special readings for the first of the Moedim, beginning with a review of Genesis 21 and 22, concerning the birth and ‘binding’ of Yitzak (Isaac), during the Erev Yom Teruah and Erev Shabbat teaching:

The Sabbath day teaching begins with a look at ‘blowing the shofar.’ Since His moedim are so often pictures of things to come, and even things in-progress, it’s important we pay attention to the times, the seasons, and the lessons, and WATCH!
