“Bemidbar” – teaching from Shabbat Shalom Mesa

Sunday, June 12th, 2016

Join Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa as we begin the study of a new Book, Numbers in the English, but “Bemidbar,” or In the Wilderness, from the Hebrew (Numbers 1:1 through 4:21).

And it starts with a “head count”, and continues through the what and why of the Levites who “take the place of” the firstborn. During the Erev Shabbat overview, Mark takes a look at the specifics, and why these numbers should give us an insight that buying into the lie that ‘the Law is done away with’ will NEVER provide:

This time the Sabbath Day teaching goes even further afield, and certainly even more politically INcorrect, than even the numbers themselves reveal. There is a VERY good reason that when YHVH commands a census, He is counting “Who is Mine!” and why we need to understand exactly what that means:

New Paltalk Room with Shabbat Shalom Mesa

Sunday, June 14th, 2015

This week was the inaugural run of the new Paltalk room for Shabbat Shalom Mesa…

“Walking Torah”.

The live services are every Erev Shabbat (Friday evening) starting at 6:30 PM Mountain Time; the room itself usually opens a half hour to an hour before the services begin, and stays open afterward for fellowship a similar duration.

There is a teaching session on Shabbat (Saturday morning) as well, starting at around 9 AM Mountain time, usually with a recorded teaching, and then a live session with Q & A after that.

This weeks’ MP3 podcasts of the teachings are here:
