“Noach” – teaching from Shabbat Shalom Mesa

Join Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa for a study of the parsha “Noach” (Bereshiet/Genesis 6:8 through 11:32).

  • Note: These are available every Shabbat during the on-line services at 6:30 PM Mountain Time, and the Sabbath Day teaching broadcast live via links in both Paltalk and Shoutcheap.

The Erev Shabbat teaching covers two of the most well-known stories in the Bible, from the Flood of Noah to the tower of Babel. But the Big Question comes from the reference in Matthew 24:36 — just what does He mean by “as it was in the days of Noah” — and, ‘are we there YET?’

SSM “Noach” 2016

The Sabbath Day teaching compares the “days of Noah,” and the promises of Isaiah chapter 54 into 55, and the ‘covenant of peace’. This Torah portion also describes one of the biggest “cycles” in Scripture, too:

“No clearer choice EVER”
